With IBM, employees get great work-life balance.
Hikes are not very good.
Screen interview by phone, followed by an in-person presentation to several teams, and another round of one-on-one interviews, etc. The presentation questions were mostly easy, but a few were off the wall and completely unrelated. The process took 4
2 technical rounds. First round: basic questions only. Second round: tricky with in-depth Q&A. And 1 HR round: nothing but salary discussion. It took only 1 week for the entire process, and I got an offer on the next day after the HR discussion.
Written, then technical, then managerial. The written round was completed by me. They said they would schedule F2F meetings during weekdays, but I am still waiting for that. No call has been received to date. This is a very slow process.
