1. Travel to yearly IBM conferences around the world. Being a junior Band, this is not possible.
2. Visibility, recognition, and growth prospects are only possible if you are a senior Band or know someone who is ready to influence your career growth.
3. Salary for senior Band is on par with Google, Facebook, and others. Typically, senior Band salary is 3 times to up to 10 times that of an average employee. With so much budget and importance placed on senior Bands, there is nothing worth mentioning for junior Bands.
