- Not good for freshers.
- Body shopping.
- People managers are GOD here.
- A lot of times efforts are not recognized.
- Pathetic HR services.
- No tax-saving components.
- Few people managers do a lot of loose talk instead of encouraging employees in tight situations (especially Pune ISL).
- Work and compensation: Salary revisions should not be completely dependent on people manager's feedback.
- Introduce some tax-saving components.
- Old-time people managers do a lot of politics and threaten employees indirectly.
- Managers just don't want their reportees to explore new things, even if there is time available to find and integrate suitable stuff for the project. Just do the work as per their liking.
