Cons

The manager hierarchy should be designed. Managers should take inputs from individuals but not from other managers or team leads. The "inner voice" is exploited. Leadership is not in good shape.

Advice to Management

Improve management skills, and give a chance to younger employees who are looking for higher levels.

It's still like 20 years ago, how the managers were. Give an opportunity for everyone.

Example: I resigned from IBM after 8 years for only one cause. I requested IBM Managers, Resource Capability Managers, HR Managers, Resource Deployment Managers, Project Managers, and Delivery Heads/Division Heads for getting into RCM or RDM, but there was no support from anyone after having a lot of communication with multiple heads in the company.

I tried a lot, but I wasn't even responded to, and it's just because of ego.

But in IBM, I received 3 Excellence Awards from Managers and Clients, and was recognized as a Hardworking Employee.

Managers need donkeys, labor who work like slaves, who should praise them; we need to pray to them like gods.

Managers are often filled with ego and self-respect. When this changes, it will be good, and people will show interest in working in IT. Now, check the scarcity of new comers who are not showing interest in coming to Information Technology.
