For IBM, it's not just an employer; it's where my heart and soul are. It's a place I look forward to each day to interact, collaborate, learn, and face new challenges with brilliant IBMers, and win battles for clients and win their hearts.
Each day is a learning experience because the people are so knowledgeable and helpful. The learning systems are amazing, including online courses. Classroom trainings are superb, with hands-on activities.
For example, there was this course where the instructor practically video-graphed and showed areas of improvement in presentations, rather than just a boring lecture.
The projects are cutting-edge and challenging. IBM provides me flexibility to incorporate fresh ideas.
For smart people, IBM provides great career opportunities. There is great recognition for solid performers. I've received a good number of promotions in a short time and have been recognized by management.
You have great flexibility to change your jobs. Overall, I only wish IBM was my first company. I would like to retire with IBM as my employer.
Nothing I know of and think of.
Keep up the amazing vision, continuous and quick decision-making towards transforming IBM towards its business and response to client success.
