I love the opportunities IBM provides. You have the ability to work on some incredible projects, whether it's in AI, Big Data, Blockchain, SSI, Quantum, and so much more. It's a great stepping stone for engineers looking to quickly gain experience in leadership and engineering, or engage with some of the best folks in the field.
Compensation could be a lot better, and bonuses are non-existent.

Software Architect
Multiple levels. At least 5 interviews with multiple members.
Big Data Administrator
There was a telephonic interview, followed by an HR round. Then came the negotiation phase, which may take some time. After this is done, there are HR processes to be followed.
Software Engineer (Internship)
The interview consisted of an online coding question, followed by video questions detailing your thinking through the problem. It took 3 hours total to complete. A phone screen came afterward, but I did not make it through for that.
