No cons. Everything is good over here.
One phone interview with two separate people. First person was a manager and mainly behavioral. Second person was technical, but not too technical, but did expect me to describe previous projects in depth.
The interview process was very good and fast-paced. The interviewers knew what they were asking. I had two rounds: * One with the onsite team. * One with the people manager in Bangalore.
Three technical interviews and one HR interview. In each technical interview, they asked basic algorithm questions on paper and a longer one on a computer IDE (with internet). It went well, and the process was okay.
