IBM

I cleared three rounds of IBM but was not shortlisted for the further round, which was a video recording round. Maybe I need to improve myself in certain parts, but I was not expecting to not get shortlisted for the further round.

I completed the online assessment for IBM for the position of "Software Developer Co-op". It was sent via automated email after I applied. Overall, it was a decent experience.

The interview process involved an initial email contact, followed by a call, and then a tech interview. I also had to complete an assessment for patterns. It was not that hard for me, at least. There were just a bit of tricky tech questions.
