- Work-life balance is great.
- Decent pay.
- Tech stack is really good.
- Work at your own pace with good quality. No hard deadlines.
- Some tech leads aren’t good at all; they pretend they know everything, but in reality, they don’t.
- Employees who do really well should be appreciated in terms of annual hike and other stuff.
- Promotions should not only be based on experience but skills should also be considered, and whoever deserves must get it.
