Pros: A lot of great initiatives and clubs to foster technical and personal growth.
Meaningful work.
Latest technology.
Encourages innovations and new ideas.
Good hikes based on performance.
Great leave policy.
Cons: Some of the office spaces are a little old-fashioned. So, there are challenges in making every collaborative effort effective. Even if, at times, WFO is not at all required, there's a mandatory WFO policy for a few days a week.
