- Even if you are doing great work with accolades from management, you are still at risk of being part of the next layoff, which can happen anytime.
- Salary is low compared to the market.
- They value employees only when they have a better offer in hand from the outside market.
If a company doesn't retain its good resources and assets, especially during difficult times like the current coronavirus pandemic, then for sure its competitors will happily grab the brilliant minds.
