Less work. More people. If you get work, then you're lucky. Less hike as compared to other companies.
There are a lot of things to improve. The overall process is very slow at IBM. We need to speed it up.

There were 2-3 rounds. The first round was regarding coding. The second round was one-to-one. In the coding round, we had to pass a minimum number of test cases, and it consisted of two coding questions.
