Work-life balance is unmatched if you are within the internal or product-based business units. Some client-zero business units may have the same or similar WLB.
Although you will see cutting-edge tech, most of it is behind red tape. There's minimal funding for sandboxing. There are enough year-round hackathons to work with new tech, but when it comes to project production-level implementations, most business units flake out.
Give us access to sandbox environments, at least. You are already very stringent on open-source contributions and adoptions.
