Work-life balance is good at IBM.
No interesting or challenging work
I just finished the challenge, and it was a lot harder than I expected for a front-end dev. I encountered FizzBuzz, object/array/string parsing, and Tic-Tac-Toe. There were also a few video questions, such as "Why are you a good fit for this team?"
1st Round – Online Coding * Contiguous elements in an array whose sum is k. * Convert sorted array to binary search tree. 2nd Round – Telephonic * Given an array of characters, find the longest continuous non-repeating sequence of characters
Very good. Three rounds: * Coding + technical interview + HR. * Project basics are asked. * HR: Normal questions. * Coding is easy to medium LeetCode level. * Can be answered. Then interview by two people, which is resume-based. Need to be well
