A long cognitive test that wastes a lot of time and doesn't really have much to do with anything. An overcomplicated process that just doesn't feel worth it. Expect a long time before hearing any response.

The first round is technical, with video off through Hackerrank. The second is a recorded video interview. A few questions are provided, and you get one minute to prep for them (you can take notes) before recording your video.

The first round was informal. I was asked about my previous company and projects, which I completed during my master's and undergraduate studies. The second round was a simple technical round. Basic OOPs and Java questions were asked.
