Great Learning, Poor Pay
Lots and lots to learn, and exposed to many different technologies in the field (some of them are pretty old though).
People, people, people there are wonderful, and once were very smart people.
To be honest, I am not even sure if the salary and reviews here are true. Before I left the company, there were lots of complaints already. People complained the pay is too low, and there were no increases.
Management should treat people with respect. Stop saying things like, "You work here only for money?" Yes, we work for money. No salary increases and paying higher salaries for new hires really drives the good people away. Good luck, IBM.
