Decent pay, basic benefits, some minor schedule flexibility.
Terrible culture. Good luck if you’re a woman. Outdated systems because the older generation refuses to change. Non-transferrable skills.
Focus on retaining talent and listening to their complaints rather than bringing in new talent.

HackerRank assessment with one coding question about profitable pairs and one SQL question to join tables and find a value. There is still no update from the team, and I'm guessing it's a ghost job.
