- Good initiatives are taken at trying to bring about a better work/company culture.
- A rather decent work-life balance can be achievable but highly dependent on the project and its planning.
- Too many mid-management whom no one seems to know what they are doing all day except for attending meetings.
- Lack of hands-on experience and technical knowledge in management, which can be evident at times.
- Management can be rather apathetic towards career progression, with almost little or no check-in with you.
- Mentorship and networking seem to be very rare, something rather odd considering that this is a common thing in other similarly sized companies.
- Promotions and compensation adjustments/increments are rather low, almost negligible.
- Poor planning and messy executions, with high attrition rates amongst technical staff, leading to a lot of messy projects.
