Great overall. The questions were pretty hard, but they made sense for the position. The 1-hour time limit made it a little stressful, but I still managed to get through it without too much of a headache.

The phone interview involved questions about teamwork experiences, followed by technical questions on Java. The interviewer then discussed the job description and the working environment at IBM.
