It's great to work at IBM.
It's great to work at IBM, but the work culture is not that good.
Salary on time.
I recently attended the IBM interview process, and overall, it was a very professional and structured experience. The process started with an online assessment that included sections on aptitude, logical reasoning, and a couple of coding problems. T
On-campus hiring took place. The first round was a coding interview (any language was preferred). Many students were shortlisted and then had a technical interview with HR in the college itself. A mail was sent within a month of it.
The process was of medium difficulty; they are trying to understand our technical depth. Patterns were asked during the online test as well as the interview. Overall difficulty was 3/5, and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
