You have people with experience to learn from, but certainly no better than you'd find elsewhere.
Provides opportunities to grow as a person by presenting friendly workers.
Talent isn't at the level the other big dogs are at.
Poor environment, low compensation, frugal company overall. I had a poor internship experience overall, but my judgment is somewhat biased because I was put on a team that I didn't gel with.
Would expect better compensation.
