A look inside after 10 years..
Very nice pack of perks and, in some areas, flexibility for home office. However, this flexibility changed a lot starting mid-2016, where thousands of employees were pulled back into the offices. Depending on your network, you can explore various career paths within the company.
Huge bureaucracy, inefficient processes, and it's very hard to get a promotion, especially being a GBS/GTS employee, in the short/medium term.
Summing up: act more and talk less. Instead of talking so much about Agile Transformation and creating processes and more processes to make it happen, take better care of your employees/collaborators.
Think a little more on the human side so that the Agile culture can have the strength/means to flourish. Help employees find a purpose and have a greater sense of belonging to the company.
After 10 years in the company, I would like to have better feedback, but unfortunately, it is the reality that I see and live every day.
