The experience is very inconsistent and really varies depending on the team/manager you are assigned to. If you're assigned to a team that doesn't have resources to train you, you'll end up doing a lot of manual labor work for the team and not really learning anything useful at all. The Apprentice program manager is completely useless and unhelpful when you are in a situation like this. Leave as soon as you can if you have an unsupportive team/manager.
