I had some crisis management questions and how I solved them. I had a 1st phone interview, then a one-to-one. Four people interviewed me and they asked about how flexible I am working in different time zones.

I was picked up at university and directly asked a few informal questions about previous job experience. That was all. I wasn't asked a lot, as I had interned at IBM before.

This was ridiculously easy. I had already completed a lengthy interview process as an Extreme Blue intern. My current boss called and offered me the position on the spot, without any technical questions.
