It was IBM, though it is changing. Not too bad.
At least, an employer should respect its employee. Infamous for its bad work environment, at least in China.
It is a bit ridiculous that everyone needs to pay much attention to politics. Sometimes, the one who keeps on speaking may not be the one who works well. An environment that allows an engineer to focus on his/her own work is better. The best QA is the one who finds the most bugs ASAP, not the one facing more customers or speaking loudly. Leadership doesn't always mean to lead someone.
I had technical and managerial interviews. I applied for other jobs online. Somehow, I received a call asking me to try an interview at IBM. So, I went there and had the interview.
Several rounds of technical interviews followed by an interview with your hiring manager. If you pass all of them, then you have to take an online IQ test before onboarding.
The interview process involves several stages: * A basic skills test * A group interview * A one-on-one interview
