A really good workplace for anyone who wants to have a work-life balance working experience.
Balancing or integrating depends on how you want to grow your career. There are lots of resources available to use, and thanks to my team and managers for giving me the opportunities to try out all different things.
If you want your band or grade to increase, a patent is a must-have. But it's okay if you don't have any; this also means less chances to increase your band or a huge increase in salary.
