Great work-life balance. Great place to work.
No cons, according to me. IBM is great.

HackerRank coding assessment round. I was referred to the position and received an automated email for the round. There were two questions: * A simple SQL question. * A cipher problem to solve using any language. It was a 50-minute round.
The first round was an aptitude test with coding. The second round was a technical interview about Java full-stack development. They asked practical-based questions and also asked me to solve a code snippet.
Round 1 - Coding Questions 1. Allocation of resources to users - Heaps/Priority Queues, Greedy allocation 2. String Anagram - Only valid anagrams are to be returned Round 2 3 questions: 2 coding and 1 SQL
