IBM

I was interviewed during campus selection at my college. There were three tech rounds, followed by one managerial round. The questions were basic technical ones. A written round preceded the one-on-one interviews.

The interview process is good. It includes a technical round and an HR round. It is a very good process to conduct interviews at IBM. Everything is communicated beforehand. If your skill set matches, then only it will proceed to the next level.

It was simple and good. They are very humble; they have good projects and a good team. I was working there for almost 4 years and did not get an appraisal. The process for raises is slow.
