I applied through a consultancy. The interview process was easy and smooth. The first round was telephonic, conducted from the IBM office to the client location. The second round was also telephonic, conducted from home.

It was a well-discussed interview. I was good enough and participated well in it. They were informative and helpful in nature. There were more than 3 rounds where everyone needed to go through.

The hiring process includes two interview rounds and one online exam, followed by a placement talk. After that, you will receive an offer letter. In each interview, three interviewers and one HR representative will be present.
