Good Balance, Low Pay
Work-life balance. A work-from-home option is available. Good technologies are available to work in on a few projects, but some are in very old technologies.
Very little salary when compared with the market. Not even 1.5 times the number of years of experience. It is completely the manager's company, and they don't give much value to employee opinions.
Please take suggestions from all the employees instead of giving importance to only managers.
