Look out for resources earning digital badges in upcoming technologies and provide them opportunities or a platform to gain experience and demonstrate learning.

Software Engineer
There were two technical rounds and one manager round. HR called after one month to inform about the results. A 1 lac joining bonus will be given to those who accept the offer. This was for candidates with three years of experience. Thanks.

Overall, the experience was good, and I felt quite comfortable during the process. IBM's test was actually easy compared to what I had expected, though I must admit that I was underprepared this time. I could still manage a decent number of questions
