No dialogue, no listening. They treat employees like an army would treat prisoners. In this company, it's better to say nothing, agree with everyone, put on fake smiles, and then leave. With the work certificate, they know they hold employees in an iron grip. Excluding someone from the job market through the work certificate doesn’t bother them at all.
