IBM

The interview at the IBM office in Islamabad went great. I received positive feedback, and the assessment was completed on the HackerRank website. I received an offer, but for a junior position. I want to work in my desired position.

I spoke with my manager and was told a phone screen would be set up with a tech lead. Two weeks later, it was finally scheduled. I took time out of my vacation to receive the call. The tech lead never called, so I withdrew myself from consideration.

Relatively distant conversation. Overall, the entire team plus Human Resources was involved. Technically, the team seems very competent. The assessment center was quite cool, but presumably had little impact on further proceedings. The overall appl
