Great company to make software
Unimaginable amount of expertise, resources, and career opportunities. The company encourages excellent values in their employees. You can do technology research, technology incubation, and development at any scale. Easy to contain work within office hours.
As you can imagine, some bureaucracy comes with it, but it's not as much as you would expect from a company that big.
And although it may look hard to bend, it has changed and moved a lot over the last years.
Not a competitive salary.
My experiences with my managers have been awesome. Again, the right values are encouraged through the 1-3-9 scheme. I've always perceived that there's plenty of room to learn and grow.
