Office Culture: The people were all very friendly and welcoming.
Despite its small company culture, the 'corporate red tape' still persisted and was annoying sometimes, but infrequently.
Try to get a little more autonomy from corporate IBM and don't micromanage dev teams (this didn't happen with me).
