- Flexibility on leaves.
- Very high level of politics in management and managers.
- HR is non-existent.
- Red Flag: They will not tell you at the time of joining that there will be a bond period or clawback period. Truly a money-sucking company with all kinds of components they will add to the payslip and deduct from your salary.
- Complete blame-game culture they have harvested in Bangalore and other regions as well.
- Managers do clerical jobs, will not respond to any mails or calls, and will take 6 months, yes, 6 months, for solving management-level issues (e.g., IBM asset re-tagging).
Hire good people to do a good job. Mostly, people working in IBM Bangalore are uneducated in terms of software engineering. Their one and only skill is sending emails and copy-pasting in Excel sheets.
