IBM

IBM is a fine company to work for. There are plenty of avenues open to employees to further educate themselves, and IBM will help.

For the 22 years I worked for them, I was able to further my education and open a couple of new chapters in my life. I was able to better myself quite a bit.

IBM is a large company, and sometimes it is difficult to find who you need to go to in order to go farther with things you are trying to do for customers. But, once you do find the correct avenue, there is usually plenty of information.

Be more personable with their charges. In some cases, there is quite a disconnect. However, they have as good of a management style as any of the other companies I have worked for. Probably the best.
