I received some calls, did an online test, and had three Skype meetings. At the end of the process, I was invited to an on-site interview. The thing is, I had to travel, take a plane, and sleep in another city without any financial help from IBM. T

I found their job post on a job board (Glassdoor.com) and applied through their site directly. A few days later, or about a week after, they called me and invited me for an interview. I was not informed of the written exam.

It was a recorded interview session, not a live one. It had 4-5 video-based questions where you would record your answer for a given question or problem set. The remaining 3 questions were coding challenges, and you could choose either Java or Pytho
