I've been working here for more than 15 years
Good place to work - very solid company, many working areas you can explore.
Compensation is always a problem. To increase it here requires huge effort and does not always work.
We should have more compensation, increasing monthly salary more often.
Career plans and compensation are outdated. I have been in the same band for almost 10 years and don't see a light at the end of the tunnel.
