Great experience, but having so many managers for one employee means your manager is your God
If you are deployed in a good project, you will get very good exposure. Good onsite opportunities, work from home.
Managers are your gods. If you don't make them happy, then you will be in trouble. Very little salary increment.
Try to reduce middle-level management's role.
