Pros: I can't think of anything.

Bad policies, worst management. Always people being removed from projects via bench transfer or PIP. Full of politics. Telugu language is rampant, with no proper English speakers or communication. No hikes, as it's a manager-based company. The first-line manager is good for nothing and always openly fighting with overseas PMs, giving a very bad and unprofessional image of Indian corporate culture. Due to the removal of employees, many escalations lead to fines from customers exceeding a million dollars. Full of politics. Absolutely no work from home, and leaves cannot be taken even if available. No learning growth, and some of the SMEs are very biased in many technical teams.

Please be professional and stop acting as if you own the company. Be polite and kind.
