Friendly staff. Opportunity to learn.
not much room for career growth
Two rounds. The first round was a HackerRank OA, and the second round was with a manager who went over your resume, your interests, and why IBM. The second round was a 45-minute interview with no coding.
They ask about reserving a linked list, some basic C questions including: * Inline functions * Static and non-static variables * The difference between `new` and `malloc` in C
The interview had three coding questions, with the level of difficulty being high. It was a good experience. It can be cracked only if you have good knowledge of DSA.
