Software Engineer
IBM had conducted total 3 rounds of interview. One telephonic and the second round was there for face-to-face technical, and the third round was there for HR discussion.

The interview process was very easy and consisted of three phone interviews, each lasting about half an hour. They asked no technical questions, only questions about my resume. I am still waiting to hear on an offer or denial.
