Interesting work, great introductions, plenty of help around.
Bad environment, little to no salary increases.
I was sent over a programming test that covered C++ and CSS and lasted about 2 hours. The questions were the usual programming questions you get on HackerRank, but I was hit with a curveball on the CSS question.
Standard LeetCode hardware, plus a group interview. Nothing one wouldn't expect from IBM. The interviewer was very helpful in answering any queries I had regarding the question, but wasn't quite willing to divulge anything else.
The process involved multiple rounds of technical interviews for a systems engineer position. It was quite rigorous, but at the same time, the interviewers were really interested in knowing more about me. Overall, it was a good experience.
