It was really tough, very grilling for one and a half hours. Then they rejected me, telling me that I only have theoretical knowledge and should work on my practical skills.

I had an informal chat with the manager, followed by a quick and easy technical interview. They asked me some simple Java questions, and not knowing an answer did not impact my overall status. A very new employee conducted the interview.
