I was contacted by HR after three weeks, and a few days later, I was scheduled for a technical interview with a member of the team. The interview went well, and the interviewer was nice. IBM has a communication problem.

The process was not good and not smooth. The interviewer didn't seem interested at all. Mostly HR questions were asked.
