This was the most insane interview process I have ever encountered, and I would highly caution anyone interested in pursuing it, as many people I know have had very similar experiences. They started off with a 3-hour-long virtual interview. Part of

Standard questions focused on practical and soft skills, some personality-based questions, and situations regarding how you have reacted or would react. The interviewers were friendly and approachable.

The starting interview programming assessment had a bug in it. There were two questions: * One was typical. * One was an API mini-project question. You had one hour to complete the assessment.
