Pros: The people at IBM are great. It is a collaborative environment. There are lots of opportunities for career growth.
Cons: IBM Systems is a very challenging and frustrating area to work in at times because of knowledge and skill gaps. Some teams are understaffed because it is hard to find senior people with z/OS experience.
