Long hours (sometimes 12+ hours) and a heavy workload during certain times of the year.
Atypical hours and very early or late calls due to so many international teams.
Management will sometimes make you work weekends.
Try and collocate teams more, so workers don’t have to work atypical hours to get work done. You shouldn’t require daily collaboration between people in time zones that are 8-12 hours apart. Weekend work and heavy work hours shouldn’t be needed. The company should just hire more staff or allocate staff better.
