Good Place to Work as a Software Engineer
I don't think there's any downside.
It took two days, and more than 500 students applied. It was an off-campus drive. IBM came to our campus. The process included: * An initial PPT presentation * An online test The next day featured technical and HR interviews.
The interview was good. It took four rounds and was very easy to clear. The first round was aptitude, followed by an English test and an interview. The interview went well, and I was selected. That's it for today.
1) Application & resume 2) Initial HR/recruiter screening 3) Technical round (coding) 4) Technical round (interview) 5) HR/managerial round 6) If you clear all rounds, HR will: * Send you a job offer letter * Discuss joining date, CTC, and documents
